Our Concrete Coating Process
Step: 1
Surface Testing
We start every job with detailed testing to evaluate the concrete. This includes a scratch test and porosity test to confirm surface integrity and determine the right coating system and grinding method.Step: 2
Repairs and PReparation
We repair any cracks, or surface damage using high-performance menders. We then grind the surface using industrial-grade diamond tooling to remove coatings and smooth imperfections.Step: 3
Base Coat Installation
We use premium coatings that are built for strength and flexibility. They bond tightly to the concrete, resist peeling, and adapt to temperature shifts.Step: 4
Decorative Application
We then apply your chosen blend across the surface. These blends, like flakes, add both visual appeal and added grip, increasing safety and style.Step: 5
Refinement
Once settled, we go over the surface carefully to remove any loose or excess pieces. This gives the floor a more even texture and gets it ready for the final topcoat.Step: 6
Protective Topcoat
We finish with a polyaspartic topcoat. It locks everything in, resists wear and fading, and is tough enough to drive on after just 24 hours.
